Climate & Anti-Disinformation Network Design

Led the design of the executive leadership team structure, network operating model and transition plan for a decentralised climate network centred around strategic communications, which is set up to combat mis/disinformation and grow political space for progressive decisions on climate. Driven by the need to establish themselves after their spin out from the European Climate Foundation (ECF), we facilitated a transparent engagement process with the CEO, leadership team and funders to chart a collective and consultative path forward, aligning on principles, governance, global architecture, organisation structure, key accountabilities and decision spaces for the transformation.
Taskforce on Just Transition Bonds
Just Transition Finance Lab x 103 Ventures
Deliver a tangible contribution to embedding just transition approaches into debt capital markets through creating a longitudinal community of practice (CoP). This involves understanding the preconditions for or bridge to a ‘trail blazing’ bond for a just transition, and cultivating wider interest and momentum around this work through deep participation of the cornerstone debt-for-a-just-transition actors as well as foundation funders. The work supports JTFL's broader research programmes around financial markets and instruments.
North Sea Energy Systems Inquiry
The Crown Estate x 103 Ventures
This initiative seeks to support The Crown Estate's ambition for systems leadership by expanding expand TCE’s role within the wider European energy landscape, specifically engaging with North Sea-connected countries to explore opportunities for cross-border energy collaboration. As an emerging key energy hub for Europe with increasing ambitions around offshore wind, interconnectors, hydrogen infrastructure, and carbon storage, the North Sea is a critical bioregion to drive systemic collaboration. By strategically positioning itself within this evolving system, TCE can influence and support the region’s transition towards a more integrated, resilient, and decarbonised energy network.
Navigating a New Energy Order

Supported a Norwegian energy company with a global footprint to navigate the complexities of a new energy order, particularly understanding the shift from a hydrocarbon based system to a decentralised power based system. This involved designing a learning programme to take their team of managers and executives in the New Energy team to greater level of understanding and sense making about their role in the emerging energy landscape.
Net Zero Business Transformation
UN Global Compact x 103 Ventures
A 7-part webinar series that reached 1,500 business leaders co-developed for UN Global Compact Network UK with 103 Ventures, which outlined step-by-step guidance on Net Zero Business Transformation in an era of ever greater turbulence and complexity, supported by practical advice from expert speakers from 15+ leading businesses. This is now hosted as an online course that is made publicly available as a resource for sustainability professionals. Industry Climate Action Pathways
High Level Climate Champions x UNFCCC Marrakech Partnership (COP26 Glasgow)
Co-developed the FMCG, Retail, and Fashion Pathways, which provide a roadmap to help Parties and non-Party stakeholders alike to identify actions needed by 2021, 2025, 2030 and 2040 as steps to get to the 2050 net zero vision. They incorporate insights about the exponential nature of the necessary systemic and technological change within sectors, but also focus on the synergies and interlinkages across the thematic and cross-cutting areas in order to assist all actors to take an integrated approach. Financing Circularity in the Food System
Santander x Europe Delivers coalition
An investment thesis for Santander exploring how the bank can design new financial products and services to accelerate the circular economy in the food and agriculture sector. It culminated in an innovation sprint to identify which financing mechanisms can best meet the challenges and opportunities along the value chain with an all capitals approach (produced, natural, human, and social).
Designing a New Entity for Ocean Conservation
TBA21-Academy x Accenture Development Partnerships
Organisational design of a new legal entity on ocean conservation for a contemporary arts foundation working at the intersection of science, art, conservation, and policy. This involved a landscape analysis and the design of their vision, mission, strategic objectives, governance model, organisational structure, theory of change, monitoring and evaluation metrics definition, funding strategy, and partnership model.
